For 2025, each shop is asked to contribute $50 to help cover event costs. Contributions are collected by The Happy Envelope and used to cover expenses including:
Printing of promotional posters, event passport stamp cards, and any additional printed materials
Custom design for all printed materials, social media graphics, and event logos
Event supplies, like the stamps for passport stamp cards
Creating and maintaining the Shopapalooza website for the public to access information on each participating shop
Participating shops also have the option to pay their $50 contribution via cash or check, which can be dropped off at The Happy Envelope at 5605 Kingston Pike.
