ABOUT
Shopapalooza is a multi-store, two-day event celebrating the beginning of the holiday season with local Bearden shops in Knoxville, Tennessee. During the two-day event, shoppers take a “passport” around Bearden to get a stamp at participating local shops, and then they turn in their passports for a chance to win a gift card giveaway.
Originally dreamed up by the team at The Happy Envelope with ten participating vendors in 2021, Shopapalooza has grown into a beloved holiday event for the entire Bearden community. This year, we celebrate five years of Shopapalooza with a record 33 participating shops!
PURPOSE
Shopapalooza brings local Bearden businesses together for a fun weekend event to celebrate the start of the holiday season and to promote shopping locally.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER & ORGANIZER OF SHOPAPALOOZA
Ty Pattison, owner of The Happy Envelope, organizes and promotes Shopapalooza with the assistance of his team at The Happy Envelope.
A note from Ty: “When Sarah and I made the decision to move The Happy Envelope from downtown Knoxville to the Bearden District, we knew this is where we had to be. This is where the local shops are. We wanted to surround ourselves with other vendors who had the same goals in mind: a thriving community of locally owned shops serving the Knoxville community. From the top of Bearden Hill to the shops in Western Plaza, the Bearden district is the greatest place to shop in all of Knoxville. I am thankful to be here.”

During the Shopapalooza weekend, shoppers take a “passport” to participating shops and get a stamp to represent that shop. No purchase necessary.
Each stamp collected during the two-day event counts as one entry into the Shopapalooza Giveaway. More shops visited = more entries into the giveaway!
PICK UP YOUR PASSPORT: 2025 Shopapalooza Passports are available to pick up at any participating shop on Friday, November 7th, or Saturday, November 8th. Passports are not available before the event begins.
DROP OFF YOUR PASSPORT: Return your passport with your name and email address to any participating shop on or before November 10th. Passports must have at least one stamp to be entered into the giveaway.
Limit of one passport per person.

Enter to win one of 35 total prizes! Each shop visited = one entry into the giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY
1. Pick up your official Shopapalooza passport at any participating shop on Friday, November 7th, or Saturday, November 8th.
2. Stamp your passport at each participating shop you visit during the event (no purchase necessary).
3. Return your passport with your name and email address to any participating store on or before November 10, 2025.PRIZES
> Grand Prize to 1 Winner: $50 gift card from each participating shop
> 2nd Prize to 1 Winner: $25 gift card from each participating shop
> 3rd Prize to 33 Winners: One $25 gift card from one participating shop drawn at randomNo purchase necessary to win. Winners will be notified via email on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
