Return + Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Happy Envelope does not accept returns or issue refunds on custom printed pieces.

Cancellation Policy

Upon placing an order, your job is “in progress” and will incur a $30 cancellation fee if cancelled before you approve your proof. Upon proof approval, your job is “in print” and may not be cancelled. NOTE: No job will be cancelled after proof approval.

Turn-around Time

All boxed card and digitally printed custom cards will ship in 5-7 business days from approved proof. This does not include time in transit.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipments made within the United States (48 contiguous states) ship for a flat rate. For shipping rates outside the U.S. please contact The Happy Envelope for rates.

Font Usage on The Happy Envelope website

The Happy Envelope website uses on this website fonts, in which it is licensed to use in the normal course of its business, for demonstration purposes when a user "customizes" a product. The Happy Envelope grants no license nor makes available these fonts for any use other than demonstration purposes.
